The Lithuanian Catholic Federation “Ateitis” is a youth organization uniting schoolchildren, university students and seniors who have already finished their studies. Our membership includes around 3000 members from all over the country.
 
The aim of our organization is the integral development of young people enabling them to be effective apostles of Christ and creative agents capable of changing society according to Christian values.
 
Nowadays we have as many challenges as in the beginning of the 20th century: witnessing the Truth and Catholic values in today's world, full of destruction, relativism and materialism.

Centenary of Federation ATEITIS
February 19-20, 2010 members of Lithanian Catholic Federation ATEITIS in Belgium, are organizing an event to celebrate the centenary of our organization.
 
The first Lithuanian Catholic Student Union Board was created in February 1910 in the University of Leuven, Belgium, so the celebration will be held in the very cradle of the organization!
 
 
 
Trainers for Active Learning in Europe (TALE)
A long-term Training for Trainers Background of the Training Course 
 
In 2007, the European Commission and the Council of Europe decided to develop a new generic Training Course for Trainers at advanced level. 
This Training for Trainers is an activity carried out by the European Commission and Council of Europe partnership in the field of youth. It is implemented together by the Council of Europe, the European Commission and its partners (NAs and SALTO networks), in co-operation with the European Youth Forum.
